TGS is currently assisting the client with design of a multi-use facility on approximately 17-acres on Dixon School Road in Kings Mountain, NC. Ultimately, the project will include full site plans for every phase of construction for this mixed-use entertainment facility. The site is listed as light industrial zoning class and is located off Exit 5 of I-85 in Cleveland County. It is also accessible from US 74 and US 29. The proposed complex building is approximately 200,000 SF along with more than 700,000 SF of parking. The temporary Two Kings Casino facility was constructed along with infrastructure improvements in 2021. TGS Engineers prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) which was approved March 2020.
