TGS is providing design services to connect the existing sidewalk at Sandy Ridge Road (SR-1401) to the existing sidewalk near McDonald Parkway (SR-1005) for the City of Hickory, NC. The sidewalk will extend approximately 1.0 mile along Springs Road (SR-1453) to the shopping center at the intersection of Springs Road and McDonald Parkway. Sidewalks are proposed on both sides of Springs Road from 12th Ave Drive NE to the existing sidewalk near McDonald Parkway. This project (BL-0066) has a let date of October 2025.
