For project BL-0067, Aviation Walk Connector, TGS is providing design service for the construction of a multi-use trail between the future 17th Street NW Extension and Aviation Walk along Clement Boulevard NW (SR 1371) and 19th Street Lane NW in the City of Hickory. The proposed project will connect the future 17th Street NW Extension to the existing Aviation Walk with a 10-foot paved multi-use trail. Aviation Walk Connector will be used to connect the future Appalachian State Campus to Aviation Walk. This path will enhance connectivity for bicyclists to Winkler Park and Frans Stadium.
