TGS provided full planning and design services on HL-0004 for the City of Hickory to extend 17th Street NW north from 9th Avenue NW to Clement Boulevard NW. This extension will span approximately 0.20 miles and feature a 10-foot multi-use path on both the east and west sides. The project aims to alleviate congestion on US 321. The design of this project was completed mid-2024.
