This project involved the replacement of bridge #53 on SR 1119 (McClure Mill Road) over Coweeta Creek in the community of Otto, located in Macon County. The original bridge #53 was a timber structure that washed out in December 2015. TGS provided structure design services on this $1M fast-track project, slightly increasing the existing right-of-way and replacing the former structure with a cored slab bridge.
