This new route location of approximately one-half mile is on US 129 to Robbinsville High School in Graham County, North Carolina. The proposed facility will provide two lanes with curb and gutter and will accommodate 4' bicycle lanes and a 5' sidewalk on the south side. Also included is a new bridge over the Cheoah River. This $11M project is designed to help relieve traffic at the Sweetwater Road and US 129 intersection while also providing a secondary access and gateway entrance to Robbinsville High School.
